Vision, integrity and professionalism is built into every Grand Grace Development project. Currently, we have six projects in the planning phase with the intention of making each one distinct and complementary to the surrounding community.



One of the oldest cities in America with a rich historical legacy, Boston continues to be a city upon a hill, serving as an economic and cultural anchor to the surrounding region. Today, Boston thrives as a center of scientific research, aworld leader in higher education, and a mecca of entrepreneurship and business.

Located in East Boston, Grace Court addresses growing demand for residential housing in neighborhoods that benefit from their close proximity to the business district, easy accessible public transportation, and an abundance of recreational and leisure facilities.

Grace Court comprises of 16 residential units (average unit size of 1,031 square feet), 16 parking spaces, and ample outdoor space including private roof-top decks.



The property is strategically located in the heart of Denver’s River North District (RiNo), with 1.4 million sq.ft. of oce and retail space under construction, as well as 570 hotel rooms, restaurants, galleries, breweries, and other performance venues. The project also has outstanding access to transit – a minute’s walk to a new light fs-2 rail station. Cambridge Grace’s prime location is within walking distance to Harvard, MIT, the Boston Red Line, as well as the Cambridge City Hall.

With 45 luxurious 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, each with a private balcony and parking space, our development spans 60,000 in total square footage and is constructed on a 20,000 square footage parcel of land.



The project is very well located in the heart of Winchester along a beautiful waterfront, just eight miles north to Boston downtown, an auent suburban submarket with solid residential demographic dynamics and market growth. Within a five-minute walk to Winchester Center Station, only three stops from Boston’s North Station, Middlesex Fells Reservation, home to over 2,500 acres in size and has some 100 miles of rails for hiking/mountain biking, and Winchester High School.

Harbor Grace is adjacent to the Joe Moakley Park and Old Harbor, providing scenic routes and refreshing views. It is walking distance to the Boston Red Line and only a three-minute drive from Interstate 93. The project comprises of 18 suites, 2 and 3-bedroom, with residential elevators, and roof-top gardens. Each unit also comes with personal parking as well as bike storage.



The project is tucked away in an exclusive enclave south of Jeerson Side Road and just west of Yonge Street. This new community is close to two GO Train stations, VIVA transit routes, Highways 404/DVP and 407. The planned Yonge Subway extension will also benefit residents when it is extended north from Finch Station in Toronto to Richmond Hill in York Region.
